This is the first dermatology practice that I have felt truly cared for. The office personnel and all the practitioners seem to know that skin issues are at the very least, stressful and at worst, painful and frightening. Additionally, I believe most people know they could do better with their skincare/protection. This is the first dermatology practice that didn’t shame me for not being diligent as I could have been in that department. They are gentle and caring and very friendly.I had an overdue full scan and a biopsy that was painless, quick and easy. Simone is very professional but kind. She has great bedside manner and exudes confidence that no matter what the outcome, there will be a plan thoughtfully executed.If you’ve been procrastinating and fearful to get a scan or suspicious spots looked at, rest assured, this is the place to go.
